How fast do you ship my order?

We usually dispatch items in stock within one working day. Sometimes we have to reorder items, which usually takes 2-3 working days, 
exceptions are the special models that are made to order!

Please note that deliveries outside of Germany can take up to 4 weeks.

What do I do if my package arrives damaged?

You document the condition directly with several pictures and send them to us at service@malzburgshop.de.

However we find a way together, to the satisfaction of both!

Yes, especially with the high-quality special models, we are happy to deliver personally and transport your model safely in our car!
